Endomag are on a mission to improve breast cancer surgery worldwide. This partnership is special because we share a mission to make breast cancer surgery better for everyone who faces it. Based at the Cambridge Science Park, we recently spent the afternoon with staff at a Packing Party, where they packed 145 Surgery Boxes.
We also celebrated their incredible fundraising efforts in October 2025, a step challenge in which 52 staff members collectively completed 11.2 million steps and raised £20,000 to support our work. This included regular Wednesday Walks and a landmark 5K walk from their HQ through Cambridge city centre.
“Our successful partnership is based on the shared vision and belief in providing support to breast cancer patients. That’s why our collaboration with Little Lifts feels so natural; we both help people going through breast cancer surgery.”
Joanne Blenkinsop, Internal Engagement and Communications Specialist
“This challenge showed what we can achieve together as a team. By uniting behind a cause that truly reflects our mission, we’ve shown how our collective efforts can translate into real support for patients. Every step taken throughout October contributed to bringing comfort to people undergoing breast cancer treatment, and I’m incredibly proud of our team for making such a meaningful impact.” –
Eric Mayes, Vice President and General Manager, Breast Surgery.
Partnerships like this are so important to us at Little Lifts; values-led collaboration, creativity, and kindness demonstrate the positive impact of working together for those undergoing breast cancer treatment. Thanks to their support, we will be able to support approximately 365 breast cancer patients with the funds they have raised.
A big thank you to Endomag for helping to spread kindness to people affected by breast cancer.
