This website is operated by Little Lifts a charity registered in England and Wales (Registered charity number: 1170737). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Lifts. Little Lifts offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site (the “Service”) to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with our “Website Terms and Conditions” and agree to be bound by the following terms including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Website Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions. Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you through this website

There may be a live feed on the Website showing mentions of Little Lifts on various social media platforms. Any comments posted on any social media platform, which may be shown on this live feed are not made by or on behalf of Little Lifts. These posts will appear on the Website automatically and are not monitored by Little Lifts.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right.
