We need your help this October as we launch our first-ever virtual event during Breast Cancer Awareness Month to get you moving and raise funds for people undergoing breast cancer treatment. It’s win-win!
Make Your Movement Matter: the 10-minute challenge!
Research shows that just 10 minutes of daily movement can boost energy, lift your mood, improve sleep, and help you build long-term healthy habits. You don’t need a gym or special equipment to do it!
That’s why this October, commit to just 10 minutes of movement each day. Walk, wheel, skip, hop, run, stretch, do seated exercises, dance in the kitchen, star jump, hula hoop, squat or cycle – however you choose to move, every minute counts.
Following the success of our Step Into May challenge, which raised a whopping £17,000, we have listened to your feedback and are excited to launch this new campaign to support you throughout October, with the hope that your healthy movement habit continues beyond! It’s important to us that this challenge is accessible to everyone, wherever they are in the UK and whatever their physical capabilities. We LOVE that this event brings communities together: work colleagues, customers, beneficiaries and their loved ones, all supporting people affected by breast cancer.
By taking on the challenge and asking friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you (with a target of just £31), you’ll help raise funds to support breast cancer patients while building a healthy habit of your own. We’ll even send you your own calendar to help you track your progress day by day.
10 minutes. 31 days. One month of incredible impact.

If you need any more persuading, here’s the science to prove it!
Short bursts of energy are good for us because:
· Boosts mood – movement can release endorphins, helping you feel happier and less stressed.
· Increases energy – moving wakes up your body and fights midday fatigue.
· Improves health – short chunks of time add up toward weekly activity goals.
· Offers a low barrier – requires zero equipment or access to a gym!
