We are thrilled to announce Step into May, Your Way – our virtual challenge helping to support people affected by breast cancer!

What is Step into May, Your Way?

Simply walk or run a marathon (60,000 steps!) in the month of May and raise £50 to support people affected by breast cancer. You can do this over the month, over a few days or in one go!

When and where is it?

This challenge will take place throughout the month of May. It is a virtual challenge meaning anyone, anywhere can get involved.

Why?

We know the benefits of taking on a physical challenge as it helps to boost both physical and mental health.

It’s been five years since our last virtual marathon fundraiser, during which our amazing community raised over £10k. So, we are bringing this challenge to our ever-growing community on its fifth anniversary. We want to see people participating across the UK, helping our small but mighty charity on its mission to support people undergoing breast cancer treatment. Fundraising is a difficult task for small charities like ours, so we are aiming to have 50 of you amazing people take part!

Make your steps count and help us to lift the spirits of people affected by breast cancer!

What to expect?

  • A fundraising page will automatically be set up for you upon registering.
  • A Steps Calendar in the post. This will help to track your steps and even includes some fun additional mini-challenges (complete for the chance to win a treat)!
  • Feel part of our Little Lifts Community! It would be amazing to have people all across the UK getting involved. The Little Lifts team will even be kicking off the challenge with you, taking on a 10 mile walk.
  • Regular check ins from us here at Little Lifts.

We hope you can join us, love Team Little Lifts x
